Petrol Plus consists of back and front office software. Back office is capable to cover all the needs for successful automation of cashless payments. It includes account and card management module, reporting system, personal web suit, terminal management system, SMS module.
We provide comprehensive training in Petrol Plus for all management levels. For IT administration to ensure stable operations, for sales and account managers to make effective sales strategy, for forecourt staff to create high quality client service.
Depending on the customer's requirements, Petrol Plus will be operating with the most appropriate Ingenico payment terminals. Terminal range can meet all the requirements of payment scenarios and telecommunication features.
Client is free to select the most convenient communication channel for the connection of payment terminals and back office. It can be GPRS, GSM, LAN or PSTN.
Client provides server facilities for enrolling Petrol Plus. Due to certain configuration hardware requirements may vary. In most cases existing corporate servers can accommodate all the module of Petrol Plus system.
For successful roll out of the project new duties should be assigned to particular staff or a separate department can be created to meet all the objectives of the project.
